Dolphin Drilling pens $83 million contract with major Mexican operator

Global contractor Dolphin Drilling has announced it has signed an US$83 million contract with Petroleos Mexicanos (PEMEX).

Once in situ, the drill is manoeuvred from horizontal to upright and becomes a drill mast.
